My Promise...
"A company's value proposition is the set of benefits or values it promises to deliver to consumers to satisfy their needs." (Kotler, Ch. 1 pg. 9) I believe that giving your client what they are looking for is essential is creating relationships. Getting to know your clients allows you to incorporate their needs and wants into your products that eventually profits both parties.
