Let's Get Together
Getting to know our consumers is in our best interest. By interacting with consumers, it allows us to improve our cookbook and form it to what everyone is looking for. "Interactive marketing means that service quality depends heavily on the quality of the buyer-seller interaction during the service encounter. In product marketing, product quality often depends little on how the product is obtained." (Kotler. Marketing: An Introduction. Ch. 7, pg. 222)
